HR bands. 75–94 bpm = 1 pt; ≥95 bpm = 2 pts.

Deep palpation. Tenderness + oedema on deep vein palpation = 4 pts.
When to use it
- Teaching/audit settings
- Reproducible across providers; no subjective item.
- ESC 2019 PE pathway
- ESC endorses either Wells or Revised Geneva.
- Comparing across sites
- Preferred for multicentre studies.
