Questions about pricing
Can I use Prognia for free forever?
Yes. Every app has a free plan: Ward, Suture and Osler all start at $0, with no credit card required, and your Prognia account is always free.
How do stack discounts work?
You subscribe per app: Pro or Max on Ward ($4.99/$8.99), Suture ($4.99/$9.99) and Osler ($7.99/$14.99) a month. Every paid app beyond the first takes 5% off your whole stack, and yearly billing adds another 10%, up to 20% off in total.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, per app. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel Ward, Suture or Osler on its own from your account settings, whenever you like. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep everything you created.
Do you offer team or hospital licences?

Where does Prognia get its information?
Osler, the AI in Prognia, answers from its own library of 384 international guidelines and nine live sources searched at once: PubMed, Europe PMC, Cochrane, ClinicalTrials.gov, DailyMed, OpenFDA, EMA, WHO ICD-11 and an interaction check. Every claim in an answer is numbered to its source, so you can check it.
Is the AI always up to date with the latest guidelines?
No tool can promise that. Osler searches its nine live sources, such as PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov, at the moment you ask. Its guideline library holds 384 international guidelines, and every answer links to the guideline it cites, so you can check how recent it is.
Can I use Prognia for patient care decisions?
Osler is a reference and learning tool. It does not diagnose, does not give treatment advice and does not replace your clinical judgement: you remain the doctor. AI can be wrong, so always check the linked sources.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in the EU: the database, sign-in and file storage run in Frankfurt. AI features send the text of your request to AI model providers to generate an answer. We do not sell your data and run no ads or third-party trackers. Never enter identifiable patient information; use anonymised or hypothetical cases instead.
