TIMI Risk Score (NSTEMI/UA) calculator

Result

0/ 7

14-day MACE risk ~4.7%

How to use it

  1. 1

Score 7 criteria. Each yes/no criterion scores 1 point. Total 0–7.

  2. 2

Aspirin criterion. Aspirin use despite ACS presentation suggests aspirin failure — a marker of higher risk.

  3. 3

    Interpret. Score 0–2 = low (4–8%), 3–4 = intermediate (13–20%), 5–7 = high (26–41%).

When to use it

NSTEMI or unstable angina at presentation
Guides early invasive vs. conservative decision alongside GRACE.
Comparison with GRACE
GRACE is more accurate; TIMI is simpler. Use both to triangulate risk.
Not for STEMI
TIMI STEMI score is a separate tool.

A reference for clinicians and students, not medical advice. A score supports a decision; it does not make one. Check every result against the patient in front of you and your local protocol.
