Glanuloplasty techniques in hypospadias repair: a scoping review of the evidence landscape

Scoping review aiming to map the evidence landscape of glanuloplasty (glans-level) techniques in hypospadias repair. Unlike a systematic review, this study does NOT pool effect estimates, because the identified techniques differ in mechanism and primary benefit. Objectives: (1) classify reported glans-level techniques; (2) chart outcome profiles per technique; (3) examine indication-driven heterogeneity (glans size, urethral plate condition); (4) identify evidence gaps.
