Abstract
A Gartner’s duct cyst is a rare, benign congenital malformation derived from remnants of the mesonephric duct, which may present clinically with lower urinary tract obstructive symptoms. We describe the case of a 33-year-old female patient presenting with pelvic pain, dysuria, urinary retention, and the ultrasound, urethrocystoscopy, and magnetic resonance imaging—revealed a paraurethral lesion consistent with a Gartner’s duct cyst. Complete enucleation was performed, resulting in the resolution of clinical symptoms. Histopathological examination confirmed its benign nature. This case highlights the value of a multidisciplinary approach and surgical treatment.
