'Beyond the cycle': Exploring links between neurodivergent traits and menstrual experiences in young people ages 13-25

This research explores how traits of ADHD and Autism influence menstrual cycle experiences in young people aged 13-25. Conducted via an anonymous survey with 56 participants, the study examines symptom severity, co-occurring conditions, and barriers to healthcare access. The findings highlight significant overlaps between neurodivergence and menstrual health challenges, with the goal of raising awareness and improving support for this under-researched group.
