Interactive methods and digital technologies in teaching of normal physiology at a medical university

The article analyzes modern pedagogical approaches to teaching the fundamental discipline of "Normal Physiology" in higher education institutions. It examines the transition from traditional academic forms of instruction to interactive and digital methods (such as virtual simulations and the case-based learning/CBL method). The implementation of digital models of physiological processes, which fosters a deeper understanding of homeostatic mechanisms and the successful development of core professional competencies in future healthcare specialists.
