By Lojain Alkahtani, Layan Alsaqqa, Majd saad AlQahtani and 7 others.
Abstract
Systematic review and meta-analysis comparing rectus muscle reapproximation with non-reapproximation during cesarean delivery for operative time, 24-hour postoperative pain (VAS), and lower inter-rectus distance. Randomized and nonrandomized comparative studies were identified in PubMed, Scopus and Embase from inception to September 2026 and pooled with random-effects models. This registration was submitted retrospectively, after the review was completed.
