Abstract
Introduction
Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a public health challenge, particularly in developing countries. This condition not only impacts children's physical growth but also impacts cognitive development, productivity, and the long-term quality of human resources. One of the main factors contributing to stunting is mothers' lack of knowledge and attitudes regarding nutritional needs, parenting patterns, and appropriate childcare practices.
Objectives
This study aims to assess the effectiveness of nutrition education interventions and health promotion approaches in improving mothers' knowledge and attitudes as an effort to prevent stunting at the family level.
