Abstract
Introduction
Preeclampsia is a significant hypertensive disorder of pregnancy and is associated with high rates of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. Among women experiencing social vulnerability, socioeconomic barriers, difficulties in accessing healthcare services, and fragile support networks may compromise prenatal follow-up and increase the risk of adverse outcomes.
Objective
To analyze the nursing care provided to women with preeclampsia in situations of social vulnerability within the context of maternal healthcare. Methodology: This integrative literature review adopted a qualitative and descriptive approach and was conducted according to the PICo strategy and the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Searches were carried out between July and September 2026 in the SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE, and PubMed databases using descriptors related to nursing and preeclampsia. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10 studies were selected for analysis.
