Incidencia de las acciones en espacios reducidos con sobrecarga funcional sobre el rendimiento táctico individual en futbolistas de la categoría sub-14
By Gerald Josué Sánchez-Mantuano and Manuel Gutiérrez Cruz.
Abstract
Introduction
Individual tactical performance is essential in developmental football and requires tasks that integrate perception, decision-making, and execution under variable game conditions.
Objective
To determine the impact of an exercise system based on actions in small spaces with functional overload on the individual tactical performance of under-14 category footballers from S.V Unistars of Aruba.
Method
A study was conducted with an explanatory-sequential mixed approach, using a single-group pre-experimental design and pretest-posttest evaluations. Twenty football players participated through a census sampling method. The FUT-SAT, the PADTI, and a scientific observation guide were applied. The intervention lasted for 12 weeks, with a total of 24 sessions of 60 minutes each. To compare the measurements, the Wilcoxon test was used.
