By Selvakumar Ambika, Padma Lakshmi, Olma Veena Noronha and 2 others.
Abstract
Pupil-involving third nerve palsy is considered a sinister condition, as it is usually caused by serious intracranial pathology. Prompt identification can lead to early detection and may be life-saving. Our case underscores the importance of comprehensive evaluation, including an interdisciplinary approach, which led to a good clinical outcome.
