Crise socioclimática, ação extensionista “Santa Maria em rede” e coletivos de trabalho solidário: dois pontos de vista vistos a partir de um ponto

The aim of this study is to describe the experience of developing a multimodal strategy for managing chronic low back pain, including exercise and health education for patients attending a physiotherapy clinic in the municipality of Abaetetuba in the state of Pará. The project lasted 50 days and took place at the FISIOCLIN clinic. The patients were selected based on the diagnosis of chronic low back pain in the medical records and totaled 7 (seven) patients, 4 (four) men and 3 (three) women.

Results

There were numerous reports of satisfaction with the suggested activities and the beneficial effect of the approach on the treatment of chronic pain.
