Ultrassonografia além dos presets
By Jamerson Silva De Albuquerque.
Abstract
Introduction
B-mode/2D ultrasonography is a multiparametric and operator-dependent imaging modality whose diagnostic quality depends on the integration of physical principles, beam formation, signal processing, and real-time decision-making. Despite the increasing incorporation of automated features, a critical understanding of acquisition and processing parameters remains essential.
Objective
To analyze, from a technical and cognitive perspective, the main physical and operational determinants of B-mode/2D image quality and to discuss their diagnostic implications, practical limitations, and the risks associated with the uncritical use of presets and automated tools.
