CI-AKI computational analysis protocol v1.0 (a priori; archived 2026-10-23)

English archive of a computational analysis protocol for a protocol-gated, multi-layer study of contrast-associated acute kidney injury. The protocol was written on 2026-10-22 before the analyses and covers M1-M10: data eligibility, human AKI signature, contrast-exposure signature, functional enrichment and WGCNA, immune infiltration, Mendelian randomization, colocalization, target gate, toxicity annotation, network/MGI annotation, and evidence grading. The analyses were performed on 2026-10-22/23 and the record was archived on 2026-10-23; the protocol was written before the analyses and archived afterwards, so the study is described as protocol-gated rather than preregistered.
