Abstract
Compressed experimental outputs for nanobody framework grafting, humanization, structural template comparison, and biolayer interferometry. The archive set includes connector grafting on 6lr7 chain B, grafting across 185 frameworks from a 70% sequence-identity set, sampling-depth comparisons, IGHV3 humanization of the 5m2j VHH, the processed INDI reference set, an ESM3 versus AlphaFold 3 template comparison, connector screening, selected LaG16 designs, and processed BLI binding tables. File contents and extraction commands are described in README.md.
