Abstract
Genetic studies show significant associations between GPA and specific HLA alleles, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, and other genetic markers, highlighting a substantial genetic component in GPA pathogenesis. Further research is necessary to unravel the multifactorial nature of the disease.
