Cross-sector collaboration through a digital early warning system to prevent HIV treatment interruption in Moldova

The poster presents a cross-sector digital early warning system designed to identify risks of HIV treatment interruption and support coordinated case-management responses in Moldova. The initiative is led by the team of Positive Initiative, a patient-led organisation in Moldova that operates a community-based clinic, manages the digital ecosystem, and undertakes advocacy and human rights protection. This scientific poster was prepared for the Geneva Health Forum 2026, held on 10–12 November 2026 in Geneva, Switzerland.
