Integral clinical and immunological score (ikish) for predicting five-year outcomes of breast cancer treatment and stratifying rehabilitation
By Khodjaeva Dilrukh Ilkhomovna.
Abstract
About one in five women radically treated for breast cancer develops recurrence or distant metastases within five years, and identifying them at discharge is a precondition for rational follow-up and rehabilitation. Existing prognostic models such as PREDICT [1] serve adjuvant therapy decisions and require extensive pathological data, whereas the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) from a routine blood count [2] and physical activity after diagnosis [3] are simple, accessible correlates of prognosis. A score that includes a modifiable factor – participation in rehabilitation – would link the forecast directly to the physician's action.
