What are the clinical signs and symptoms of congenital herpes simplex virus infection in preterm neonates?
By Tripdatabase.
Abstract
No direct evidence was identified for the clinical signs and symptoms of congenital HSV infection specifically in preterm neonates. However, broader evidence suggests that vesicular lesions, neurological symptoms, and signs of systemic involvement are key indicators of neonatal HSV infection, warranting early consideration and intervention.
