The impact of reperfusion efficacy and coronary artery status on left ventricular function in acute myocardial infarction
By Tursunov Zafar Panji o'g'li.
Abstract
Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) remains a major cause of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality world-wide. The extent of myocardial injury and subsequent left ventricular (LV) dysfunction depends on several factors, including the duration of coronary artery occlusion, the effectiveness and timing of reperfusion, the anatomical severity of coronary artery disease, and the presence of microvascular injury.
