Abstract
Background: Chronic nonspecific neck pain (CNSNP) is associated with pain, restricted cervical movement, and functional disability. Physiotherapy commonly includes therapeutic exercises and cervical mobilisation. However, limited evidence compares selfmobilisation with conventional exercises. Therefore, this study compared their effects on cervical range of motion and functional disability in patients with CNSNP.
