Abstract
Community empowerment requires an integrated approach to food security, nutrition, and social resilience. This community service program aimed to strengthen family food security, support stunting prevention, and improve anti-drug awareness through the TOMINI (Technology-Oriented Management Innovation for Nutrition and Inclusion) method, based on a Community Resilience Ecosystem in Bulota Village, Telaga Jaya District, Gorontalo Regency. The program used a participatory approach involving village government, health cadres, PKK, youth groups, families, and community members. Activities included needs identification, education, demonstrations, practical activities, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluation. Three integrated programs were implemented: Desa Berdaya, Desa Gemilang, and Desa Bersinar. Results indicated an 80% increase in understanding of stunting prevention and nutrition, while anti-drug education improved understanding by 85%. The food security program involved 37 participants and produced a demonstration hydroponic installation, a hydroponic guidebook, and illustrations for household yard utilization. The activities also generated educational media and supported the preparation of Anti-Drug Volunteer Decrees. Overall, TOMINI integrated simple technology, nutrition education, household resource management, and community participation to strengthen community capacity. However, longer-term evaluation is needed to determine its effects on household food security, nutritional status, stunting, and drug-related behaviors.
