Abstract
Protocol for a systematic review and meta-analysis. It compares first-line H. pylori treatment chosen by molecular (PCR or sequencing) resistance testing with empirical treatment, including bismuth-quadruple and vonoprazan-based regimens. The primary outcome is eradication by intention-to-treat. Not yet started: the searches have not been run.
