Abstract
ABSTRACT A 35‐year‐old woman with migraine and oral contraceptive use presented with pontine stroke and right vertebral artery occlusion following cervical manipulation by a lay practitioner. Managed conservatively outside the reperfusion window, she achieved progressive recovery. This case highlights a plausible temporal association between neck manipulation and ischemic events.
