Abstract
ABSTRACT We report a 21‐year‐old male with a giant 20 × 20 × 15‐cm chylous mesenteric cyst. Such cysts present nonspecifically and pose diagnostic and surgical challenges. When a cyst is intimately attached to bowel and shares its mesenteric vascular supply, segmental bowel resection with complete cyst removal may be necessary because safe separation is not possible.
