Résumé
Spontaneous pneumothorax is a rare complication in oncologic patients. It could be the presentation, precede, be the result of chemo or radiation therapy, and frequently adds to the morbidity of patients with cancer. We report two cases of osteogenic sarcoma of the lower extremities and an infiltrating ductal breast carcinoma that developed spontaneous pneumothorax during the course of their disease. There was no radiologic evidence of metastatic lesions directly responsible for spontaneous pneumothorax in our cases.
