Renal colic is a common emergency department presentation requiring timely assessment, appropriate analgesia, and investigation. This clinical audit evaluated adherence to predefined standards for pain assessment, timely analgesia, investigations, imaging, and medication selection, and assessed changes in practice following a structured implementation phase.
