Résumé
Background
The objective of our study was to conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials to compare the effectiveness of corticosteroid injections (CSI) and night splinting (NS) in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS).
Methods
A thorough review of the literature was carried out from the beginning of records until July 31st, 2025. The two interventions were evaluated by comparing the mean differences in the BCTQ questionnaire. Sensitivity analysis was used to assess studies with the lowest risk of bias. The certainty of evidence for each outcome and time point was rated using the GRADE approach.
