Résumé
Purpose
Patient satisfaction (PS) is a measure of the quality of healthcare. There is little documented evidence for PS regarding MRI services in the Aseer region of Saudi Arabia. This study aimed to evaluate the satisfaction of patients using MRI services in private and public hospitals in Aseer, Saudi Arabia, focusing on departmental services and staff performance. Patients and methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted with 203 adult patients who had undergone an MRI at selected private and public hospitals in the Aseer region. The data were collected using a self-administered, structured questionnaire and analysed using SPSS software programme version 23. A five-point Likert scale was used to rate the responses.
