Introduction

Thoracic SMARCA4-deficient undifferentiated tumor (SMARCA4-UT) is a recently recognized, rare, and highly aggressive malignancy. No standard treatment has been established for unresectable disease, and the prognosis is generally poor. These tumors often grow rapidly, and bulky masses can cause clinically significant symptoms.
