Conventional surgical approaches in the maxillary anterior region often lead to visible scarring and prolonged healing, compromising esthetic outcomes. The vestibular incision subperiosteal tunnel access (VISTA) technique offers a minimally invasive alternative that preserves soft tissue integrity and reduces scarring.
