Introduction
To develop and validate a single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP)-based noninvasive prenatal cell-free DNA (cfDNA) screening algorithm capable of identifying the cfDNA signal of the living fetus in vanishing twin (VT) pregnancies and assessing that twin's aneuploidy risk.
