Résumé
Background
Müllerian-type high-grade serous carcinoma (HGSC) most commonly originates from the fallopian tube, ovary, or peritoneum and usually presents with abdominopelvic disease. Thoracic presentation without a detectable abdominopelvic primary tumor is extremely rare and poses a diagnostic challenge.
