Despite immunotherapy advancements for many solid cancers, role of first-line immunotherapy for tracheal malignancies is uncertain. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of toripalimab with chemotherapy for initially-unresectable locally-advanced tracheal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).
