Is nursing visible in health artificial intelligence governance? A structured document analysis of global, regulatory and professional guidance, 2020–2026

A structured document analysis examining the extent to which, and the roles in which, nursing is represented in health AI governance documents issued by global (WHO), regulatory, and professional bodies between 2020 and 2026. The analysis combines quantitative content analysis of term frequency with directed qualitative coding of the roles in which nursing is positioned, and compares these with nursing's own professional AI guidance. Draft protocol v0.1 is posted for comment. Collaborators are being sought prior to formal registration.
