Résumé
Objective
To synthesize the available scientific evidence on the applicability, technical parameters, clinical efficacy, and safety of Leukocyte- and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (L-PRF) in the healing of diabetic foot ulcers (DFU), analyzing its implications for advanced enterostomal therapy nursing practice.
Method
Integrative literature review conducted in six methodological stages, based on the framework by Mendes, Silveira, and Galvão (2008). The search was carried out in PubMed/MEDLINE, SciELO, LILACS, and BDENF (2016–2026), using controlled descriptors (DeCS/MeSH) and boolean operators. Clinical trials, meta-analyses, and high-quality reviews evaluating outcomes in neuropathic and neuroischemic wounds were included.
