Résumé
Background
Fertility Awareness-Based Methods (FABMs) are increasingly recognised for their potential to support reproductive autonomy, inclusivity across cultural, religious, and ethical contexts, and freedom from pharmacological side effects. However, their uptake and sustained use remain uneven, shaped by knowledge requirements, training demands, relational dynamics, and limited integration into mainstream healthcare systems.
