Résumé
This study examines the influence of emotion regulation, social support, and self-acceptance both individually and simultaneously on the self-efficacy of 143 inmates convicted of drug-related offenses at the Class IIB Correctional Facility in Tanjung Balai Asahan. Employing a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression, the results indicate that emotion regulation ($\beta = 0.297$; $p < 0.001$) and self-acceptance ($\beta = 0.612$; $p < 0.001$) have a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, with self-acceptance emerging as the strongest predictor. Conversely, social support does not have a significant effect ($\beta = -0.021$; $p = 0.707$). When considered simultaneously, the three variables exert a significant influence ($F = 92.627$; $p < 0.001$) and account for 66.7% of the variance in self-efficacy. These findings imply that rehabilitation programs should prioritize strengthening self-acceptance and emotion regulation, while also facilitating constructive social support.
