Background

Patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) are frequently admitted to intensive care or monitored settings despite heterogeneous risk of ICU-requiring complications. We developed NSTEMI-CARE, a calibrated multilayer decision-support algorithm for early hospital level-of-care assignment.
