Résumé
Background
Pure red cell aplasia (PRCA) after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is an uncommon complication, most often associated with major or bidirectional ABO incompatibility. Daratumumab has emerged as a plasma cell–targeted therapy, but the supporting evidence remains limited.
