Focused update on secondary stroke prevention. Dual antiplatelet therapy (aspirin + clopidogrel or ticagrelor) for 21 days following minor stroke/high-risk TIA is Class I. Intracranial stenting not recommended for symptomatic patients on maximal medical therapy.
